This 2006 "outreach" by the LGBT Community Center in NYC is a blatant travesty in
revisionist appropriation of our activist histories -- not to mention the ridiculous
failure of its message; confusing (at best), or contrary (at worst) to the hard-fought
principles of harm reduction.    

Sadly this has been a trend by the G+L "Community" for a long-time, comparable to the 1997 theme
 for Gay Pride in New York City:  "From Silence to Celebration."    This is the current state of our
 "community."   This is what we're left with.    A diminution of community, the mangling of our proud
   and noble histories,  and out-right discouragement of social activist work for a better society.

          So Kiss your ass goodbye... Have a Good Life... Good Luck.
