Dr. Mazza (Health Ministry) and
Dr. Laura Astarloa (National AIDS Program Chair)
for failing to provide a budget to provide People living with AIDS with Bactrim, ddC, erythropoyetin, neupogen, etc.
We die, they do nothing.
